This week, we will be studying prayer and some of what Jesus taught on prayer. Prayer is communication with God, but it is not merely taking your laundry list of needs to God and presenting them, instead prayer forms a kingdom heart inside those who are seeking the will of God. Spend some time this weekend considering what your prayers look like and what motivates them and be ready to engage the Word of God to shape your heart for prayer and for the Kingdom of God.

Liturgy for Corporate Worship:

Exodus 2:23-3:12

Song of Moses – Aaron Keyes

Psalm 51:1-12

A Mighty Fortress – Matt Boswell

O Praise The Name (Anastasis) – Hillsong

The Cross Stands – Tim Hughes

Isaiah 65:17-22

Let Us Be Known – 10,000 Fathers

This week, we will begin exploring what an authentic faith looks like. A hypocrite is someone who says one thing, and lives a different way. The reality is that all men are hypocrites and have untamed hearts. Jesus teaches that what you do with your money and how you view it in your heart says something about your righteousness your faith. What are the inclinations of your heart? Spend some time this week examining yourself through prayer and time in the word to be ready to identify and challenge the self-righteousness and hypocrisy in your own heart.

Liturgy for Corporate Worship:

Psalm 103

Holy Holy Holy (God With Us) – Matt Maher

Joel 2:1, 12-17

My Victory – Crowder

Lord, I Need You – Matt Maher

Christ Is Risen – Matt Maher

Isaiah 58:1-12

Crying Holy – Aaron Keyes
