Our internship program is designed for those desiring leadership, ministry experience, and/or personal growth in ministry gift expression. We offer two tracks for those interested: a pastorally specific track and a general equipping track.
Pastor Track
Our Pastor Track is for aspiring pastors and church planters. It is a year and a half in duration, involving a balanced methodology of development that includes the head, the heart, and the hands. Each intern will be partnered with an elder throughout the process in one-on-one discipleship, as well as meet together for once a month class sessions. Interns will also have ongoing project focuses to pursue their area of ministry passion and serve the church.
Equip Track
Our Equip Track is for anyone desiring to grow in their ministry gifting. (Coming Soon!)
